Debate Details

The candidates will debate the issues and answer questions from Montana PBS journalists, John Twiggs and Anna Rau. The unique format will allow for the candidates to present in-depth answers and exchanges on topics important to Montanans. The candidates will also have the opportunity for direct exchanges and potentially questioning each other. The debate is part of Montana PBS commitment to news and public affairs and helping inform and educate our viewers.

“Our live, studio, debate format offers Montana viewers a close up view of the eastern congressional district candidates, and allows for dynamic interaction on the most pressing issues in our state”, says Aaron Pruitt, Director & General Manager of KUSM-TV/Montana PBS. “This debate along with our other pre-election programming aims to provide voters with as much information as possible before they cast their 2022 votes.”

The debate will be simulcast live on Montana Public Radio, Yellowstone Public Radio and online at montanapbs.org/live, on the Montana PBS Facebook page, and on the Montana PBS YouTube page.
