From Scobey to West Yellowstone.

We visit the Prairie Symphonette, Butte's Pork Chop John's, and a baling-twine teepee near Wise River--and then stop for a bit of fly fishing on the Madison River. William Marcus hosts from the Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site near Deer Lodge.

ProgramUpdates
The Prairie Symphonette is still playing concerts in Scobey and Pork Chops John’s is still a Butte favorite (with outlets in other Montana cities). In a sad post script to this episode, Marion and Margaret Pyeatt, the couple who built the baling twine teepee near Wise River, died in a tragic accident in their home in Dec. 2004. Fly-fishing teacher Maggie Merriman died in 2016 at age 80.
