11th & Grant with Eric Funk: Studio Production Live Stream – July 18th to July 23, 2016

MontanaPBS is pleased to offer this live studio stream from behind the scenes of 11th & Grant.  This is our twelfth season of this Emmy award-winning series and the live stream displayed above provides an unedited viewpoint of just four cameras used during production.  Recording sessions will generally begin around 8:30am and run through 5pm each day.

The season 12 lineup of musicians is as follows.

Monday 7/18

Dave Grusin – Yes, that Dave Grusin!  For years we have dreamed of having this Academy Award-winning American composer, arranger and pianist join us on the set of 11th & Grant.  He also just happens to have 10 Grammys! He will be playing solo piano.

Tuesday 7/19

Chris Cunningham – Acclaimed Bozeman-based producer, singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist will join us for a performance of modern folk tunes.

Wednesday 7/20

Jim Averitt – This songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist offers his own Montana inspired folk music.

Thursday 7/21

Wylie & The Wild West – A horseman, rancher, singer, songwriter, and yodeler from Conrad, MT visits the studio with his band performing traditional music of America and the West.

Friday 7/22

Dave Walther and the Dusty Pockets – Performing American roots music where blues and country get their soul.

Saturday 7/23

Golden Grenade – This trio offers up seductive pop music with virtue.  Lead singer Dustin Tucker draws much of his musical license from his late father, Tex Tucker, who fronted the infamous John Colter Band in the 80’s.
