A half hour portrait of Ernie Pepion, a Blackfeet artist who overcomes his physical handicap through his paintings. The program utilizes old family films, interviews with Ernie and those around him, and a portfolio of his work to tell how Ernie escapes the bonds of his wheelchair. This inspiring documentary focuses on Ernie's art and his ability to not be limited by his handicap.
